The University of Southampton is currently offering fully funded postgraduate research scholarships to both UK and international students seeking to pursue PhD and postgraduate research degrees at the university. These scholarships are available for a wide range of research projects.

The University of Southampton Scholarship offers fully funded studentships for four years, with a starting stipend of £19,237 per year (tax-free).
To be eligible, applicants must have a bachelor’s degree with a 2:1 grade or its equivalent, and must apply for a research project from the available opportunities.
They must also meet the admission and English language requirements of the university, as well as the specific criteria of the project they are applying for.
Applicants will need to provide their personal details, two academic references from their most recent place of study, academic transcripts of their undergraduate and Master’s degrees, if applicable, degree certificates, English language qualifications if required, a CV, and a personal statement. Other documents may be required depending on the chosen program.
