• Position: Care Support Worker
• Salary: £12.00 to £14.50 per hour
• Job Type: Full Time

Main Duties

Assisting residents with daily activities such as personal care, dressing, meals, and mobility
Providing emotional support, companionship, and implementing behavior management strategies
Administering medication under supervision, and monitoring/reporting changes in residents’ health or behavior
Driving residents to appointments/outings and maintaining a clean, safe environment

Qualifications

• A valid UK Driver’s License
• Previous experience in care, nursing homes, or home care (desirable)
• Knowledge of First Aid procedures
• Ability to provide patient-centered care with empathy and respect
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with residents, families, and colleagues
