Czech Republic Government Postgraduate Scholarships for International Students
Czech Republic Government Postgraduate Scholarships for International Students
The government of the Czech Republic is offering postgraduate scholarship opportunities to international students from selected countries, providing an excellent chance to pursue postgraduate studies in Europe.
The Czech Republic has a long-standing tradition of supporting education for students from developing countries. Since the late 1950s, over 20,000 individuals have benefited from government scholarships to study at Czech universities.
This commitment to knowledge sharing is continued through the government scholarships for Czech universities, overseen by Resolution No. 77/2019, a collaborative effort between the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Ministry of Health.
The scholarships are dedicated to promoting the studies of foreign nationals from developing and specific third countries. Citizens of the Czech Republic or the European Union, as well as foreign nationals with a permanent residence permit in the Czech Republic, are not eligible to apply for the scholarship.
