2025 Fully-Funded MasterCard Scholarship at the University of British Columbia: Your Path to Success

The MasterCard Foundation Scholars Program at the University of British Columbia is currently inviting applications for the Fall 2025 intake. This program offers fully funded Master’s degree opportunities for students from Sub-Saharan Africa.

About the Scholarship:

The MasterCard Foundation partners with organizations to empower young people in Africa and Indigenous communities in Canada, providing access to work and leadership opportunities. The aim is to create a world where youth are thriving and driving transformative change.

The MasterCard Foundation Scholars Program, launched in 2012, has supported over 45,000 African youth in pursuing secondary and higher education.

The program addresses barriers in education, strengthens capacity, fosters innovation, and connects stakeholders to amplify impact.
